The Company's attitude to service has remained unchanged; to deliver quality services and products to a local market place whilst satisfying and exceeding the demands of its customers both in terms of speed of response, pricing and most importantly flexibility.

We have a team of eight engineers who are able to respond quickly to any emergency call. We hold a large stock of spare parts and can often locate specialist requirements overnight.

Corporate background

Entrance Control Systems was founded by Claude Ambrose Hilliard in 1971. Claude had the idea to provide convenience and security by means of a system that enables the elderly and vulnerable people in the community to answer their front door from a handset located conveniently in the client's home, thus providing the client with complete control over their homes' front door at a very low cost to help Social Services and Local Authorities reduce the cost and of residential care. Focusing on security support for elderly people. The company expanded in 1999 and is located at 119 Caerlean Road, Newport.

In addition to accreditations that we have applied for with a view of adding more value to our service, we have become happily involved with SWS Ltd for all Health & Safety matters; regular attendance on courses held by South Wales Safety Ltd helps our company keep up to date on the latest Health & Safety directives.

We plan to show more value added accreditation in the future, however we also put on trial the companies that evaluate our products and our services.
